CLINICAL HYPNOTHERAPY
Some things live deeper than words.
Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy with licensed therapists — deep, structured healing for the patterns talk therapy can’t always reach. In our offices or from your home, across Utah, Missouri, and Arizona.
What a session actually looks like
Hypnotherapy might be the most misunderstood thing we offer — so here’s exactly what it looks like. We always begin with an intake and assessment, just like therapy. You’ll never be hypnotized by a stranger who doesn’t know your story.
Sessions run about 90 minutes. You’re lying down — on a mat, a couch, somewhere comfortable — and you’re aware and in control the entire time. This is clinical hypnotherapy delivered by licensed clinicians trained through The Wellness Institute. It’s deep, structured healing work — not a stage show.
In our office, or from your home
In the office
We provide everything — a comfortable mat, blankets, a quiet room designed for this work. Though we’d love for you to bring your own blanket or anything that feels like comfort.
From home
Prefer your own space? We’ll send you a simple checklist to set it up — somewhere you can lie down undisturbed, a blanket, and a strong internet connection. The work is just as deep.
People choose hypnotherapy when they can feel it:
the thing holding them back lives deeper than words.
- Patterns that outlast willpower — self-sabotage, procrastination, people-pleasing
- Anxiety or grief that talking hasn’t touched
- Childhood wounds that still choose for you
- A holistic, transpersonal approach — sessions can welcome the spiritual dimension of healing, if that matters to you
