Do your best clinical work. Actually be supported doing it.
We’re not actively hiring right now — but we’re always meeting our next person. If what you read below sounds like home, introduce yourself. When a seat opens, we start with the people we already know.
Why clinicians choose NATIVation
We pay for your supervision — and it’s real supervision. Every month you get a 2-hour group session — training, ethics, session structure, skills work, and staffing cases together — plus two private 1:1 blocks with Brandi. That’s four hours of structured supervision monthly, with the founder, not a name you never see. Associates elsewhere pay out of pocket for less. Here, it’s paid and it’s part of the job.
We help fund your training. EMDR, Gottman, Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy, Ego State Therapy, neurofeedback — through training reimbursement after time in service, negotiated tuition discounts through our practice, and payment plans. You’ll leave here more skilled than you arrived.
W-2 employment with real benefits. A full benefits package through our HR partner — rare in group practice.
You set your own schedule. Work when you work best. And when life needs you, our leave is unlimited (unpaid) — no begging for time.
You’ll love your caseload. Clients are matched to clinicians by specialty, fit, and readiness. Our matching system protects your best work.
Depth over volume. 90-minute intakes. Extended EMDR sessions. Therapy the way it was meant to be done.
Room to become more than a clinician. We’re building something unique and taking it across North America. The clinicians here now are the leaders of what it becomes.
Our approach is the job
Our clinical model is built on the Medicine Wheel — mind, body, spirit, and community — and spiritual connection is woven through the work, alongside EMDR and deep trauma therapy. You don’t need to share any particular faith, but you do need to be genuinely comfortable, curious, and intuitive working this way. If spirit-inclusive care isn’t your lane, we’ll be a frustrating fit.
We walk it ourselves
Every week, our whole team gathers in a talking circle — clinicians, admin, everyone. It’s how we stay connected across three states, how we carry hard cases together, and how we practice what we ask of our clients. We don’t just teach the Medicine Wheel way. We walk it.
Honestly? We’re not for everyone.
We’d rather tell you now than surprise you later. NATIVation is probably wrong for you if:
- You want clients handed to you. We market as a team — social media, profiles, community networking. We work hard to fill your caseload, but we can’t do it without you.
- You’re not ready for the build. Caseloads take months to grow. Come financially prepared for the runway.
- Deep trauma work isn’t sustainable for you. Our clients bring extreme trauma. You’ll need strong self-care, steady nerves, and notes done on time.
- You need a lot of structure and check-ins. We’re autonomous, self-directed, and deadline-driven — with support, not supervision-as-babysitting.
- Inclusion is negotiable for you. It isn’t for us. Full stop.
