When trust breaks, everything can feel uncertain—your relationship, your judgment, even your sense of who you are.

Maybe it was betrayal or infidelity. Maybe it’s trauma you’ve carried for years, or a marriage at a crossroads. You don’t have to hold it alone, and you don’t need it figured out before you reach out.

I’m Willeen Whipple, a Sicangu Lakota/Blackfeet therapist working with adults and couples navigating betrayal, trauma, depression, and the hard questions that follow. I bring fifteen years of clinical and life experience—and a calm, steady presence, not someone figuring it out alongside you.

My core approaches are EMDR and ego state therapy, which reach what the pain is holding instead of only talking about it. With couples, I help you understand what happened and decide whether—and how—to rebuild trust. I also offer neurofeedback to support your nervous system, so healing happens in both mind and body. We always move at a pace that keeps you safe and steady.

Willeen holds an MSW and MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
